Set Clock -
To set the clock, press the
Set Clock button. The current time will blink.
Press the Up or Down button until the correct time
is shown. Press the Set Clock button to exit and
return to normal.
Program Schedules -
Press the Set Program button. Use the Up or
Down buttons to alter wake time,
wake temperature, sleep time and
sleep temperature. Use the
Mode/Next button to step to the
next screen. When done, press Set Program to
exit or Run Program to exit and run the program.
