TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Symptom Problem Solution
The unit is not
operating
Water level indicator lights up Empty the water tank.
Check the room temperature. The device operate from 5 to 35°C
The unit works
with reduced
capacity.
Check the air filter for dust. Clean the air filter.
Check if the air duct is blocked. Clear from obstacle.
Room door or window open.
Keep the door and windows
closed.
Mode or temperature wrongly
set. Set the mode and temperature
according to the manual.
The exhaust pipe is detached. Securely attache the exhaust pipe.
Water
Leakage
Overflow while moving the unit.
Empty the tank before moving the
unit.
Check if the drain pipe is kinked. Straighten the drain pipe.
Excessive
Noise
Incorrect positionning. Install according to the manual
Check if any loose, vibrating
parts.
Secure and tight the vibrating parts.
Noise sounds like water flowing.
Normal sound of the flowing
refrigerant content.

Communication faults between
main PCB and display PCB. Check the wire harness of the
display PCB for damage.
E1
Ambient temperature sensor
failure
Check connection or replace it.
E2 Coil temperature sensor failures. Check connection or replace it.
Ft Condensate water level alarm. Empty the water tank.
