Slide main pole with canopy assembly all the way down into support pole on base.

Step 7:

Screw lock knob (D) into support pole and tighten securely.

Step 8:

Loosen sleeve clamp and slide canopy support pole up main pole. Lock clamp to hold canopy

in place.
