MOUNT
The fan mount has to be built with two
1mm and one 3mm ply wood boards. In
the attachment you will find a template
for these parts. These parts are
designed for the WM400 fan unit.
You have just to glue together the three
main boards (the 3mm board in the
center) and add on the bottom end on
each side a ply wood stripe.
The flange of the fan must fit properly
into the groove on the top side of the
mount. Two srews M3 x 8 will hold the
fan.
Glue in the other two ply wood stripes
into the groove in the fuselage and fill
the cavity halfes with balsa wood. To
determine the correct position, use the
fan mount as a gauge but avoid gluing
together fan mount and fuselage.
