Glue the hinges first in place on the
wing side with thin CA glue or – better-
with special hinge glue. When the glue
has cured fit the aileron and glue in the
hinge on this side. Check for free
movement of the aileron.
Remove the covering film at the servo
positions and install the servos.
The servo wires should have a length of
about 350mm and must feed through
the root rib.
Determine the position for the rudder
horns and screw them to the rudders.
The servo rod should be arranged in an
angle of 90° to the rudder.
Glue in the four dowels into the root
ribs of the wings.
If you will use the landing gear, do
temporarily install the main gears. You
have just to slash the covering film to
insert the steel wire into the grove and
secure it with the enclosed locks.
The wings are now ready to attach to
the fuselage. Remove the main gear
before this work.
