NOTE:
- If your chosen code does not work, then this may be because the
supply voltage to the thermostat has been interrupted. In this case try
the code 0-0-0.
- If for one reason or another the personal security code has been
forgotten, or if the standard code 0-0-0 is desired, it can be reset by
switching off the supply voltage to the thermostat.
- After an alarm tone the complete code must be repeated.
TO MAKE THE CONNECTION
- Dial the number on which the thermostat is connected.
- After about 8 ringing tones the thermostat will pick-up. The red LED on
the unit will light up and the tones for the current status will be heard. A
double tone for DAY setting and a single tone for NIGHT setting.
If the temperature has fallen below 3°C then this indication will
be heard five times successively.
NOTE:As long as the thermostat is on-line, a short beep will be heard
every five seconds.
INTERROGATION OF THE UNIT FOR THE CURRENT STATUS
- Key in your personal code followed by 0, a few seconds later the status
report of the thermostat will be heard.
eg. Your personal code is 3-5-0 and if the status is to be interrogated
then press:
3-5-0-0
SWITCHING BETWEEN DAY AND NIGHT SETTINGS
- Key in your personal code followed by the key. If the thermostat was
already set for day temperature, it will now be set to night. A single tone
will be heard as confirmation.
If the thermostat was at night temperature setting, it will now be set for
day temperature. A double tone will be heard as confirmation.
e.g. Your personal code is 3-5-0 and the setting is to be switched over
then press:
3-5-0-
- Switching between DAY and NIGHT settings can also be done from the
push button on the thermostat.
