Make sure the recording switch
[14]
is in the OFF position (down).
•
Press and hold the power ON/OFF button
[16]
for ±3s to switch the voice
recorder on. To switch it off, press and hold the power ON/OFF button
[16]
again for ±2s.
•
The voice recorder starts up in voice standby mode
[j]
and shows the date, time
and available recording time for the current recording type.
Note:
after 5 minutes of inactivity in standby mode, the device automatically
switches off to save battery power.
•
Press and hold the menu
button

to enter the setup menu. The current menu
is shown on the display

To go to the next menu entry, press the next
button

To open the menu item, press the OK button

. To change the setting, press
