Controlar si utiliza Internet Explorer 32 bits.

En Internet Explorer, abra Help > About Internet Explorer.
Está utilizando la versión de 32 bits si no se visualiza "64-bit
version" en la pantalla.

Activar la compatibilidad del navegador
o
Seleccione Tools > Compatibility View.

Seleccione un nivel de seguridad personalizado para los controles
ActiveX.
o
Abra Internet Options > Security tab y haga clic en "Custom
level".
o
Ponga la opción "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" en
"Prompt".
