Turning the Battery On/Off
To ride with power assistance, you must
first switch the battery on. Lift the
weather cover on the right hand side of
the battery (as you sit on the bike) and
“flick” the red switch.
The battery charge can now be checked by
pressing the button below the key barrel
will illuminate the LED lights. The number
of LED’s illuminated indicates the level of
battery charge:
o
4 lights on = More than 90% charge
o
3 lights on = 40-90% charge
o
2 lights on = 20-40% charge
o
1 Red light on = Less than 20%
charge
