Getting Ready

Connect the power plug of the
common AC adapter 04 (sold
separately) to an AC 100 V power
outlet
The red charge light on the product will
light up, and the battery level icon at the
upper part of the display will indicate a
charging status.
The charge light will turn off when the
charge is complete.

When finished charging, remove
the microUSB plug of the common
AC adapter 04 (sold separately)
straight from the product

Close the external connector cover
on the product

Remove the power plug of the
common AC adapter 04 (sold
separately) from the power outlet
Charging with a PC
A separate microUSB cable (sold
separately) is required. For information on
specified microUSB cables (sold separately),
refer to "Introduction of related accessories"
(
▶
P.132).

Fully start up the PC and connect
the microUSB cable to the USB
port on the PC

Connect the microUSB cable to the
product's external connector
Open the external connector cover,
confirm the shape of the connector end
and insert it straight.
The PC will automatically detect the
product.
The PC may ask to install a device
driver, but please cancel this.
