Create a New directory for file storage
Deleting Files
1. From the System tab, select File Services .
2. Select a file or multiple files from the File List box.
Note: Selecting multiple files does not cause previous files to be unselected.
To un-select a previously selected file, you must click it a second time.
3. Select Delete . A confirmation message appears.
4. Select Yes . The file is deleted.
If you do not have authorization to delete files, the Access Denied message
appears.
Deleting Directories
1. From the System tab, select File Services .
2. Select a directories from the File List box. Directory names are shown between
left and right brackets
3. Double-click the directory and delete all of the directory's contents.
A directory can not be deleted if it is not empty
4. Select Delete . A confirmation message appears.
5. Select Yes . The file is deleted.
If you do not have authorization to delete directories , the Access Denied
message appears.
Double-clicking on directories whose name are shown as just two dots [. .] will
move you up one level in the directory tree structure.
Renaming Files
1. From the System tab, select Files Services .
