1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This manual introduces the correct use, function, safety tips, features and parameters of the
Veeley V5 Electric scooter.
This manual contains important information, read it carefully, for the safety of yourself and
others. It is your responsibility to carefully follow this manual and the instructions contained
therein and also to make it known to others using this scooter. Make sure that others under -
stand all instructions and safety issues as well. We advise you read the instructions regularly
with all other drivers of the scooter. You can then also check the scooter for any defects.
In the Netherlands: this Veeley V5 has a European approval (EU 168/2013) and if you meet
the legal requirements you can drive on the public road.
When using for the first time, make sure that you practice first in a place where there are
no obstacles and people. And that you get to know all the possibilities of your Veeley V5.

B.V. This manual has been written to help you with proper use and maintenance. It is impor-
tant that you understand all the functions of your new scooter, in order to be able to enjoy
your scooter optimally, both the first ride and every ride thereafter. First practice on a road
without obstacles.
The box contains the scooter itself and in addition:
- a manual
- a charger
- a tool kit
- a COC (value document for registration and insurance)
- a service plan (included in the manual)
Check that all the parts mentioned are present.
