IDENTIFYING STATIONS FOR THE TRANSFER SYSTEM
There are four locations where the robot transfer system can place a wafer carrier. These
locations are referred to as stations. In addition, there are four safe stations allowing
movement of the robot inside the Transfer Hub. Figure 4-11 identifies the locations of the
stations for the transfer robot (Lot Manager screen image).

Caution:
There is a set order in which you must manually move from station to
station. Failure to follow this order can result in broken carriers or damage to the transfer
robot. Read this entire set-up procedure before trying to manually move the robot.
