BEAM SETTING
The scooter must be in an upright position to
check the beam setting. Make sure that the
tires are at the proper infl ation and have one
person sitting on the scooter. Place the scooter
opposite a wall about 10 meters from it. Draw a
horizontal line dictated by the headlight center,
and a vertical one in line with the scooter axis. It
is better to perform this test in dim light. Switch
on the low beam. The height of the light spot
should not exceed 9/10th of the height from
ground of headlight center.
CORRECTING THE LIGHT BEAM
To correct the light beam take the left side screw
of the headlight and screw it clockwise to lower
the beam and counter clockwise to lift the beam.
SIDE POSITION OF HEADLIGHT
To adjust the side position of the headlight,
use the adjusting screw on the right side of the
headlight. Turn the screw clockwise to move the
beam to the right and turn the screw counter
clockwise to move the beam to the left.
