Congratulations on selecting the Vector Manufacturing rechargeable Quartz

Halogen flashlight.

WARNING:

 Please read and understand all instructions.

CHARGING AND OPERATING:

NOTE:

 Flashlight must charge at least 15 hours prior to first use for maximum

charge to occur.  When light has begun to dim charge at least 12 hours to

achieve maximum run time. The light can be recharged, after the first

charging, from either an AC wall outlet in your home or garage or from a

12 volt DC cigarette lighter receptacle in your car, SUV, boat or RV.

1. Press switch to off position.

2. Remove Weatherproof plug from back of spotlight.

3. Plug the 110 Volt AC adapter into any 110 Volt AC household outlet and the

other end into the charging receptacle at the back of the flashlight.

4. To use, unplug unit from the wall outlet and press and hold the on/off switch

or lock into the on  position.

CAUTION:

• Do Not charge unit in outdoor outlets or use in wet conditions

• Do Not submerge flashlight in liquid.

BULB REPLACEMENT:

Make sure flashlight is unplugged from wall outlet.

1. Remove retaining screw holding the Bezel Cover.

2. Gently twist Bezel Cover counterclockwise to remove. Remove the

glass and the reflector.

3. Remove the wire spring and gently pull bulb out and replace with a

H3 6V 100W halogen bulb Vector model # VEC154RB.

4. Replace in opposite order.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:

Make sure flashlight is unplugged from wall outlet.

1. Remove the two retaining screws holding the battery cover in place.

2. Pull gently on the cover to remove and pull the battery out of the

compartment.

VEC 154 – (1)  H3 6V 2.8 amp hour

3. Carefully unplug the positive and negative wires from the battery clips and

remove the battery pack. ( Do not let the connectors touch together).

4. Attach a new battery pack to the wires, taking care to match up the proper

polarity (positive (Red) to positive; negative (Black) to negative.

5. Position the battery in the housing and reassemble the battery cover.

BATTERY DISPOSAL:

• The sealed lead acid battery contained in this flashlight should be disposed of

properly once it has expired.  Some states require recycling.  Please contact

your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

• Before disposing of the battery, protect exposed terminals with heavy-duty

tape to prevent shorting (shorting can result in injury or fire). DO NOT

EXPOSE BATTERY TO FIRE OR INTENSE HEAT AS IT MAY EXPLODE.

They should be accepted at any location that accepts

common automotive batteries, County or Municipal

recycling drop-off centers, scrap metal dealers or

retailers who sell automotive batteries.  For more
