Code input
Once you have received your activation code, enter it into the system.

Select “Code input” in the “C-IQ” menu.

Enter the 16-figure code using the keyboard.

Once the code is complete, the cursor will automatically move to “OK”.

You can move the cursor around the input mask to correct any incorrectly entered
characters using “<<” and “>>”.

Confirm the code by pressing the
OK
button.

Once you have entered a correct code, the system will display information about the
C-IQ products you have just activated.

The system will inform you if an incorrect code has been entered, and/or if your system
software is not capable of processing the encrypted information.

If this is the case, select either “OK” or “C-IQ Service” if you wish to establish contact.

It is possible to operate the system without activation. Destinations can be entered
but navigation information will only be provided for activated areas and for activa-
ted services.
C-IQ SMS list
The system has been prepared to process the C-IQ code by SMS. To use this function, a
suitable phone module is required.
My C-IQ
Here you are able to access information about your activation status at any time. The
following functions are available:

Active
: Shows you all the enabled, active products.
❑
Starting soon
: Shows you products which have already been activated, which will soon
be started.
❑
Expiring soon
: Shows you which C-IQ products will soon expire.
❑
Revoked products
: Shows you all the cancelled products.

Use “Quit” to return to the previous menu.

If you do not make any selection, the system will automatically return you to the
previous menu after a short time.
