6.4 Setting personal data
The personal data can be used to store details of your age, weight and
gender. The MC 2.0 uses these details to calculate your personal maxi-
mum heart rate and thus the upper and lower limits for the heart rate
training zones.
You can also specify the upper and lower limits for your own training
zone in the personal settings.
Furthermore, you can specify the upper and lower limits for cadence
training.
Process:
Press and hold
M
for three seconds. OPEn SETTInG flashes.
LAnGUAGE---SELECT---appears on the display.
Press
P
to scroll to PErS. DATA ---SET---.
Press
M
in confirmation.
SET AGE appears on the display.
Press ALTI
A
to reduce the value or
P
to increase
it. Once you have set the correct value, press
M
to
confirm your setting.
SET WEIGHT appears on the display.
