On/off - stand-by

The DTV 6500 is switched on and off together with the ignition.

You can switch the DTV 6500 into stand-by mode or turn it back on again using the
remote control:

Press the

Power

button to switch the DVB-T tuner into or out of stand-by mode.

You can also turn on the tuner by pressing the number keys.

Source selection - TV/AV

Switching between TV reception and an external AV source

Press the

TV/AV

button to switch from TV reception to any AV device connected to

the tuner.

Press the

TV/AV

button again to switch back to TV reception.

Channel selection

Channel selection up/down

Press the

CH+

- or

CH-

buttons to move one place up or down in the channel list.

Programme selection can also be accomplished using keys

and

on the remote

control.

Direct input via number keys

Enter the desired channel number using the number keys.

When entering channel numbers of 10 and above, you have about 1 second after
pressing one number key to complete the entry.

To switch back to the last channel - SWAP

Press the

SWAP

button to switch back to the last channel selected.

Press the

SWAP

button again to go back to the programme you were watching

before.
