Overview of the function flow for compressor with 5-cylinders:
Working of compressor control with unequal steps;
At maximum 70 control-steps can be made. This is f.i. 6 compressors (= 64 steps).
When the number of steps is exceeded, the error message
‘E 80'
will appear
.
The controller will then control with the number of steps calculated up til then.
It is also possible to use compressors with valve lifting. The number of steps can be calculated
as follows: number of steps compr1 * number of steps compr2 .... etc.
Example-1:
Compr 1: 3 cylinder (0-33-66-100% = 4 steps) e.g. 1KW
Compr 2: 2 cylinder (0-50-100% = 3 steps) e.g. 2KW
gives: 4 * 3 = 12 steps.
Example-2: Compr 1: 2 cylinder (0-50-100% = 3 steps)
Compr 2,3,4,5: (0-100% = 2 steps)
gives: 3 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 = 48 steps
