9 Operation
This chapter is intended for the machine operator. It provides all the information needed to operate
the machine, from starting the machine to operating and stopping it.
9.1 General instructions

Do not process spoilt foodstuffs!

Do not sell or distribute any products if the integrity of the sealing seam of the packaging is im-
paired in any way.

Never use the machine to process products that can be damaged or destroyed by the air jet.
9.2 Requirements for operation
The following requirements must be met before the machine can be put into operation:

The machine must be correctly installed and connected, as described in chapter "7 Installation
of the machine".

The operator must have read and understood the operating manual. The operator must have
been authorised by the owner to operate the machine. The operator must be appropriately
trained and qualified and must have specific knowledge of the safety regulations relating to ma-
chine operation.
