1. Mounting of brackets
1:1 Mount the clamps and bracket centered on the rear axle between tyre and spring saddle
horisontally, see fi gure 1:1 a and 1:1 b. Tighten the clamp bolts so that the bracket still can be
turned. Tightening shall be done under paragraph 5:1. When adjustment has been done a 2 mm
deep countersink shall be drilled in the rear axle and stop screws shall be mounted.
2. Mounting of Onspot unit
2:1 Mount the Onspot unit according to fi gure 1:1 a. NB! Always use new locking nuts when remounting
the parts.
3. Mounting the wheel
3:1 According to separate mounting instructions 38-155901.
4. Mounting of electro and air kit
4:1 Mount the electro and air kit according to separate mounting instruction, 38-031901.
1. Montage der Adapterplatten
1:1 Bügel und Adapterplatte zentriert auf der Hinterachse zwischen Reifen und Federbett horizontal
montieren, siehe Abb. 1:1a, 1:1b. Bügelmuttern so anziehen, daß die Platte noch gedreht werden
kann. Die Muttern werden in Punkt 5:1 angezogen. Nach erfolgter Justierung eine Vertiefung von 2
mm in die Hinterachse bohren und Anschlagschrauben montieren.
2. Montage des Onspot-Aggregats
2:1 Onspot-Aggregat gemäß Abb. 1:1a montieren. Achtung! Zur Wiedermontage immer neue
Sicherungsmuttern verwenden.
3. Montage der Räder
3:1 Räder laut separater Montage-anleitung 38-155901 auf dem Arm montieren.
4. Montage der Elektro- und Luftanlage
4:1 Elektro- und Luftanlage laut separater Montage-anleitung 38-031901 montieren
