Emptying and cleaning the dirt container
Taking care of your machine
IMPORTANT:
Always switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner from the electrical socket before assembling, opening
or emptying the dirt container, or before connecting/disconnecting the attachments.
The dirt container should be emptied and cleaned regularly to allow the vacuum to perform at its optimum suction rate.
Switch off the machine
and pull the plug from the
mains socket. Press the dirt
container release button to
remove the dirt container.
TIP
Don’t over fill the dirt container.
Replace the filters every
6-9 months.
Remove fluff and hair from
inside the dirt container.
Close both dirt container
covers. Push the dirt
container firmly until it
clicks into place.
The dirt container can be emptied from
either end or both ends simultaneously
for quick and easy emptying. Hold the
dirt container over a bin. Press the dirt
release clips on either end of the dirt
container. Both dirt container covers will
open allowing dirt/debris to fall out.
