when the lid is moved to its respec• ve stop by means of the regulator axle. In the open posi• on,
the lid should be located en• rely in front of the burner opening, and in the closed posi• on it
should completely cover the burner opening. (Figure 6)
3. The spill tray must be mounted in a base made of non-fl ammable material such as stainless steel,
minerite, bricks, cement or stone. The dimensions for the cut-out are width 298 (388 CI Wide)
mm x depth 202mm. (Figure 8A) Vauni recommends that the spill tray’s outer edge is secured/
sealed with heat-resistant silicon.

talla• on, it is important that you contact a cer• fi ed chimney-sweeper or fi re expert so as to get the
installa• on of the burner inspected and approved.
Installa• on
with
fi re box:
Burner CI must only be installed in a fi re box which is made of non-fl ammable material and has
minimum free space dimensions of width 650 (750 wide burner) mm x height 650mm x depth
380 mm. A customer-specifi c or specially made fi re box must, in addi• on, fulfi l the following
requirements: (Figure 8B)
1. The sides and walls must be constructed of non-fl ammable material(s) such as stainless steel,
minerite, bricks, cement or stone.
2. It must be built with a place for, and provided with, a mounted spill tray into which the burner
module is lowered. The spill tray is included with Burner CI.
3.
Behind:
at least 90 mm safety distance from the burner unit to the back wall (of non-fl ammable
material).
In front:
at least 90 mm safety distance from the burner unit to the front edge.
Sides:
at least 177 mm safety distance from the burner unit’s edge.
