3. Put the poles together and spread out the tent on the ground. (C)
4. Now fasten the hood poles with the clip in the middle of the tent.
5. Slide the main poles into the pole sleeves (D). Note:Do not pull the poles.
To prevent damage to the pole sleeves do not insert the poles by force.
To achieve this you need to gather together the pole sleeve material and
gently pull it over the pole until you reach the end.
6. When all the poles have been inserted, start putting them into the pole
pins that are attached to the webbing tape. Bring the intersecting poles
into sequence under tension(E).
7. Now fasten the ridge pole using the clips. (f)
8. Cast the rain hood over the middle of the tent and fix it little by little with
the clasps to the webbing tapes and the clips to the ends of the poles. (G)
9. Now slide in the two shorter side arches and bring to tension.
10.Use stakes to anchor the tent to the ground and guy lines to anchor the
vestibule (use storm anchors if necessary).
11. Ensure a pleasant climate in the tent by opening the windows, setting up
the hood prop or removing the ridge hood.
TAKE DOWN – GENErAL INSTrUCTIONS:
• Remove everything from the tent’s interior.
• Freestanding tents can be gently shaken out to remove leaves, sand, and
other debris.
• Turn the tent over with floor facing upward and allow it to dry a bit longer.
• If it’s not possible to dry the tent completely before packing it, this should
be done within 12 hours to prevent the risk of mold and mildew growth.
• As in the tent set up, never pull the poles out of the pole sleeves; rather
push them through.
• When storing a tent in its stuff sack, make sure that stakes and poles don’t
press against the tent fabric and damage it.
• Before taking down your tent, close all zips and roll up the guy lines. That
way you won’t have to untangle them when it comes time to set the tent
up again, and pitching is that much easier.
