Maintenance 

 

Always  remember  to 

switch  off

  the  appliance  by  opening  the  fuse  holder  before  any 

maintenance operations.

Bain-marie well: 

Lift  the  well  from  the  unit.  The  heating 

elements  are  accessible  by  dismantling  the 
ventilation  duct  inside  the  well  by  pulling  it

Ventilated heat cupboard: 

 

The heating module is placed on the heat cupboard’s ceiling. To dismantle it, remove the 4 

mounting screws fixing it to the  ceiling. The  ventilator is  fixed by  3 screws, the heating elements are
