6.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Vasco declares to grant a warranty on the Vasco Elec. Preheater D150 - 700W, Elec. Preheater D180 -
700W and Elec. Preheater D180 - 1400W for 2 years from the date of purchase. The invoice date of
the installation company serves as proof of purchase date. If no invoice is available, the production
date counts as the purchase date. The warranty does not cover:
Disassembly and assembly costs
Defects that in our opinion are the result of improper handling, negligence or accident
Defects that have arisen through treatment or repair by third parties without our permission
Defects that result from Irregular and / or improper maintenance
Defects resulting from use in an unsuitable environment.
No warranty will be given if these preheating elements are used in these specified conditions. The
installer must contact Vasco for the return of the defective parts. The installer will then receive a
warranty return number. The defective parts must be sent to Vasco stating this return number.
