The LED is lit but there is no screen
display
Unplug the 120V power for 10 sec-
onds, plug the VTPC150XPE. If there
is no improvement, connect an exter-
nal monitor to the SVGA port. If the
external monitor works, access the
bios set up then enter the “Advanced
chips & features” menu. Adjust “select
display device” parameter to “CST +
LCD” and “Panel type” to “0A”. Save
and exit set up. If it is still not working,
sent a request including the serial
number and the detailed description of
the problem to technical support at:
"DLL missing"
Error displayed during the
installation of a software or
driver.
Extract a DLL file from another com-
puter working with Windows 2000 or
XP. Copy this file in the repertory
specified in the error message
(usually on C:\windows\system32\)
