BASE PLATE INSTALLATION

Refer to 

Figures 1 and 2 

to place the base plates and square tubes for C2020H and C2040H, respectively. All 

measurements are from centre to centre of the tubes.
1.  Arrange the 2 female square tube base plates used for corners (component code L1) and the 2 male square 

tube base plates used for corners (component code L2), as shown in 

Figures 1 and 2

.

2.  Arrange the 4/12 square tubes for the middle (component code R1) at equidistant points, as shown in 

Fig-

ures 1 and 2

.

3.  Fix the base plates, square tubes, and connectors used for fixing the square tubes (component code 15) 

using the 10 X 60 mm bolts (component code 16); refer to 

Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5

.

4.  Insert the 30 X 50 mm plastic plugs used for the square tubes (component code 12) into the ends of the 

female and male square tube base plates, L1 and L2.
