Mounting on mixer:
Mount the meat mincer in the at-
tachment engagement hub

the mixer.
The meat mincer shall be pressed
entirely into the attachment enga-
gement hub before tightening the
thumb screw

Place the meat tray

mincer, and ready the plunger

NB:
For safety reasons always use
the plunger (J) when working
with the meat mincer.
Never use a tool to
tighten the ring.
Assembly of meat mincer:
Place the feed screw

in the housing

Place the knife

and the disc

on the shaft of the feed screw.
NB: The cutting edge to be facing the disc.
Mount the ring

and tighten it by hand.
