X. Warranty
Vaonis warrants that due care has been taken in the design and manuf acture of this equipment.
Vaonis warrants that the telescope will be f ree f rom def ects in materials and workmanship f or a period of
two 2 years f rom delivery of the equipment.
Vaonis will repair or replace this product or part thereof when it is determined, af ter diagnosis with Vaonis
support, that the product is def ective in material or workmanship. The product will then be returned to
Vaonis with the proof of purchase according to the conditions agreed upon with Vaonis regarding shipping
and insurance costs.
The terms of this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment.
Vaonis assumes no responsibility f or thef t or loss, damage or consequential or incidental expenses
resulting directly or indirectly f rom the use of the equipment.
This warranty shall be void and of no ef fect in the event that the design or f unction of a product covered by
this warranty has been altered, or the product has been subjected to misuse, mis handling or unauthorized
repair.
Vaonis is not responsible f or damage caused by misuse of the product.
Damage due to improper use, f ailure to f ollow these instructions or intervention by unauthorized persons
is not covered by the warranty.
Failure or deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

Note
: This warranty is valid f or European customers who purchased this product f rom a Vaonis authorized
dealer in Europe. The warranty outside Europe is only valid f or customers who purchased the product from
a Vaonis international distributor or an authorized distributor in the country in questio n. Please contact them
f or any warranty repair.
