3.0  STARTING THE PROGRAM 

The program does not have to be connected to an ATRT-03 to operate.  Many of its functions only 
require a computer. To start the program on the PC, double click the Transformer Tester icon (shown 
in Figure 2) on the desktop or the “attr.exe” file. 
 

3.1 Program Main Screen
