2.3 Product Maintenance Service Policy
Customers can seek technical support after-sales assistance through the manufacturer, or they can directly contact the
dealer at the place of purchase to assist in the after-sales service process.
2.4 Disclaimer
Any damage caused by installation or use not required by the instruction manual;
• The product serial number is deleted or changed;
• The serial number or model number of the product serial number on the product warranty card does not match the
product itself;
• The product has been disassembled or repaired by an official authorized by our company;
• Accidental factors or improper use can result in damage to the product, such as mechanical damage, breakage,
impact, severe oxidation of the product, etc.
• Damage caused by overload, riding obstacles (including but not limited to lower steps, falling, etc.), performing
extreme sports, etc.
• Damage caused by disassembly, transportation, loading and unloading during the return of the customer;
• Any damage caused by abnormal storage conditions such as fire, liquid immersion, freezing, earthquake, or force
majeure;
• Loss of fragile accessories such as packaging materials and various technical materials;
• Other failures or damages caused by problems other than the design, technology, manufacturing, quality, etc. of the
product itself.
