Reasons for Non-warranty Coverage
1. Expiration of the warranty period.
2. If proof of purchase [M3 purchase invoice(s)] is missing, damaged or altered.
3. Damage caused by human error, neglect, misuse, abuse, etc.
4. Damage caused by fire, flood, and/or acts of nature.
5. Using the M3 without authorized maintenance, personal disassembling, misuse, collision, accident or modification.
6. Damage due to failure to comply with the M3 user manual, improper maintenance and/or adjustment.
7. Damage or function failure of parts caused by exceeding the range of M3 use, such as: overloading; using in extreme sports;
riding on, over or into obstacles (including but not limited to riding big steps, falls, etc.).
8. If the product is used for commercial purposes, it is not guaranteed.
