The M3 uses low power consumption BLE Bluetooth 4.0 technology to connect & transport data to your mobile phone. At the same time, it can also connect via Bluetooth to play
music via your chosen music APP. (Supports: iPhone 4s, iPad3 and later Apple mobile devices; above Android 4.3 mobile phones, which use Bluetooth 4.0)

Once you receive your new M3 and unpack it, call V&D
Electric Bikes for one-on-one guidance on: how to
activate your M3’s IC card and synch it to your M3;
connecting your M3 with your mobile phone; and best
practices for preparing to ride your M3 for the first time.
Then, you can begin using your M3 and follow the User
Manual’s instructions on how to safely use the APP on
your mobile phone to change
your M3’s driving modes
and/or listen to music on your M3
.
Press the power button again, and it will turn off your M3. You may also use the Mobile APP,
Smart E-Mobility, to lock & unlock the M3 after connecting via Bluetooth (see below).
Speedometer:
Displays real-time M3 riding speed.
Odometer:
Displays M3's current total riding distance.
Head Light Indicator: Displays whether front LED light is on or off. When icon is on, it indicates
that the front LED light is on; no icon indicates that the LED light is off. (You may also use the
APP to turn on the front LED light.)
Bluetooth Display: When the Bluetooth icon is on, it indicates that
the M3’s Bluetooth is connected
to your mobile phone; no icon indicates that Bluetooth is disconnected.
Battery Display: Displays current battery power remaining in up to 5 bars. Each power bar
displayed represents 20% of the batte
ry’s remaining strength.
Riding Mode: M3 riding (speed) modes can be changed using the Mobile APP via Bluetooth.
There are 3 modes: Comfort (moderate speed), Normal (fast speed), and Sports (fastest speed).
APP Connecting
1. Contact V&D Electric Bikes for instructions on how to download the Smart E-Mobility
APP at the Apple APP Store for your Android mobile phone or iPhone.
2.
Turn on your mobile phone’s Bluetooth to search nearby devices.
3. Activate your M 3 and s y n c h your mobile p hone .
4. Learn more about your M3 by using the User Operating Guide via the Smart E-Mobility APP.
Power on /o ff
Press the power button to turn on your M3.
After powering on your M3, place the IC card (with V&D Coqui logo) close to display panel to
unlock the M3 before riding
