6.5.7.6 COMPRESSOR BELT ASSEMBLY
Once the proper length of the belt has been determined
(refer to
Section 6.5.7.4
), and the belt is shortened to its
proper fitted length (refer to
Section 6.5.7.5
), then the
belt’s ends are linked together to form the completed belt.

, and the following procedure:
1. Place tab [

] corner against the inside of the
link hole [

2. With thumb [

], push on the tab’s edge in the
direction indicated.
3. Simultaneously with Step #2 above, push on
