Trouble Shooting
OBSERVATION
POTENTIAL CAUSE / SOLUTION
The unit does not work
(indicator not illuminated)
Is the Cube speaker out of battery ? If so, charge the Cube speaker.
Is the Cube speaker switched on ? If no, press and hold the POWER
button until the Cube Speaker beeps (approximately 5 seconds)
No sound
Is the volume set too low or muted ?
Is the song being paused ?
Is the Bluetooth correctly paired ?
The bluetooth do not work or
cracking
Is the Bluetooth correctly paired ?
Is there any audio cable plugged into the audio in jack ? If so,
remove the audio cable.
Is the Bluetooth device positioned over 10m away from the Cube
speaker ?
Is there any solid objects between Bluetooth device and the Cube
speaker ?
Is the battery too low ? If so, recharge the battery.

Keep the product away from high humidity or high temperatures.

Do not disassemble, modify or attempt to repair the product.
3)
Store the product away from dirt or dust.
4)
For external cleaning, use a soft, clean, damp cloth only. Use of detergents may damage the cabinet
and leak inside.
