Installation
Liner Panels
2. Place the rear panel against the back of the
fi
rebox,
on the ledge at the bottom, behind the burner.
3. Rotate the anchor up and out of the way and slide
the left hand side panel against the
fi
rebox side.
Rotate the anchor back down to hold the panel.
4. Rotate the anchor up and out of the way and slide
the right hand side panel against the
fi
rebox side.
Rotate the anchor back down to hold the panel.
5. Tighten the side panel anchors on each side of the
fi
rebox.
6. Install the top panel supporting it with the back and
side panels.
7. Discard the front bricks as they are not required on
this
fi
replace.
Remove and Re-install Burner
(if necessary)
The ceramic panels can be installed without removing
the burner. However, you can remove the burner for
additional space if desired.
1.
Remove the scew
fi
xing the rear of the burner to the
manifold bracket as indicated.
2.
Grab the burner and gently pull up the rear
fi
rst
while pushing back and unhooking the front tabs
from their retaining lances.
Be careful not to hook
the pilot hood as you pull the burner up.
3.
To re-install the burner,
fi
t
the burner in the
fi
rebox
inserting the front tabs
fi
rst
in the lances.
Note: Ensure the front of
the burner is well hooked
when re-installing! Again
be careful not to hook the
pilot hood when
fi
tting the
burner over the pilot.
4.
Secure the burner to the manifold bracket at the
rear with screw.

Install Liner Panels
The following guidelines apply for all liner panels
(
with the exception of the 787RGL Re
fl
ective Glass
Liners
—see the installation manual supplied with that
liner kit for details). You do not need to remove the
burner to install the panels unless installing the 785RGP
Re
fl
ective Glass Panel—see instructions provided with
the Glass Panel.
1. Inside the
fi
rebox, on the top of each side, loosen
the screw of the side panel anchors (one per side)
just enough to allow them to rotate (one per side).
