3.3.2 Fireplace installation

1. Choose fireplace location.

2. Frame in the fireplace with a header accross the top. When setting the depth of the fireplace, it is

important to allow enough space for the facing material.

3. Secure fireplace to framing with

nailing flanges. Preset depth to
suit facing material (1/2" or 5/8"
