6. If the filter cap is made up of two parts, close it by pressing
the tab. If, however, it is made up of just one part, first install
the labels in their places in the lower part, then press on the
upper part to close.

Cannot start or select the
programme.
The machine has gone
into safety mode due to
problems with the power
supply (circuit voltage,
water pressure, etc.)
• To cancel the programme,
use the programme
selector to choose another
programme. The previous
programme will be
cancelled. (see «Cancelling
a programme”)
There is water in the
machine.
There may be water in
your machine as a result of
quality control operations
carried out during
production.
•This is not a problem
and does not affect your
machine in any way.
The machine goes into
standby mode after the
programme has been
started or does not suck up
the water.
The tap is turned off.
• Turn on the taps.
The water inlet hose is bent. • Straighten the hose.
The water inlet filter is
clogged.
• Clear the lint filter.
The door may be open.
• Close the door.
The water connection may
have been done incorrectly
or the water supply may
be cut off (when the water
supply is cut off, the
cleaning or rinsing indicator
lights will flash).
• Check the water
connection. If the water
supply is cut off, press the
Start/Pause button after
the water supply has been
restored to restart from
standby mode.
The machine does not drain
the water.
The drain hose may be
clogged or bent.
• Clean or straighten the
hose.
The pump filter is clogged.
• Clean the pump filter.
