• Remove the screw (

• Disconnect the gas supply (

) on the gas valve. Secure
the gas corrugated pipe against twisting by bracing
the pipe on the wrench surface while loosening the
union nut.
Caution!
Damage to gas supply line!
Under no circumstance may the compact ther-
mal module be suspended from the flexible cor-
rugated gas pipe.

• Disconnect HT lead (

• Remove four nuts (

) from burner manifold.
• Disconnect two electrical connections (

fan and gas valve.
• Pull forward and remove burner, gas valve and fan
assembly (

) from integral condensation heat
exchanger (

).
Note
You can suspend the compact thermo module
on one of the holes for the fixing bolts on the
hook (11) while carrying out maintenance tasks.
• After dismantling the burner and the integral conden-
sation heat exchanger, check for damage and dust and
if necessary, clean the components as described
below.
