Cutting through the wall
• If needed, cut an opening for the flue pipe through the
wall.

• Fix the appliance holder to the wall using the plugs
and screws provided with the appliance.
Note
Use alternative fixing holes where necessary.
Note
If the boiler is to be fitted in a timber framed
building ensure that the bracket is secured to a
substantial part of the timber frame capable of
taking the weight of the boiler.

Installing flue system
Installing the flue system. Follow the assembly instruc-
tions.

Fitting the appliance
• Lift the appliance until the loop hanger on the appli-
ance is above the holder.
Note
Lift the appliance from both sides onto the
lower edge.
• Lower the appliance slowly until the appliance is safely
lying in the holder.

To disassemble the front housing of the appliance, pro-
ceed as follows:
• Loosen the screw (

) on the lower side of the appli-
ance.
• Press both clamps (
2
) on the lower side of the appli-
ance so that the housing becomes loose.
• Pull the housing forwards at the lower edge and
remove the housing upwards.
4.7
General instructions for heating system
Caution!
Rinse the heating system thoroughly before
connecting the appliance!
By doing that, residue such as welds, cinder,
hemp, putty, rust, rough dust and similar sub-
stances are removed from the pipes. Otherwise
such substances can be deposited in the appli-
ance and cause damage.
- The appliance is fitted with an expansion tank (10 l/
0.75 bar). Before assembling the appliance check if
this volume is adequate. If not, an extra expansion
tank must be provided by the plant, see Section 3.9.5.
