Preparation of boiler for
rear outlet air/flue duct
For thermoCOMPACT 615, 637 and
turboMAX plus 837:
• Remove boiler case as detailed in
the installation instructions
supplied with the boiler.
• Release the three clamps (

) and
remove the combustion chamber
cover (

).
• Loosen the screw (

) and remove
the flue gas connector (

) from the
fan.
• Remove the retaining spring (

).
• Pull the cables and two tubes (

) from the fan assembly. Please
ensure that you note the respective
connection points for each tube.
• Remove the complete fan assembly
(

) from the boiler.
• Remove the rubber funnel (

) and
place to side.
• Seal the hole with the rubber bung
(

) provided.
