Replacing valves

Valve replacement
1. Take the pump head pair
that was set aside.
2. Unscrew the Torx screws.
Torx screwdriver size Tx20.
3. Remove the clamping
bracket from the valve clus-
ters.
4. Remove the valve clusters
with the cup springs.

The quantity and intercon-
nection of the molded hoses

depends on the position
of the pump head pair. Pump
head pairs must never be in-
terchanged.

Valves can stick to the under-
side of the valve cluster.

Depending on the pump
type, the valve material is ei-
ther PTFE (white) or FFKM
(black).
