CONFIGURING THE EASY CONTROL UNIT TO RECOGNISE THE WES-EASY SYSTEM
The WES-EASY device communicates the status of safety devices to the main control unit as if they were connected to the terminal board.
Connection of a device by means of the WES-EASY replaces the traditional connection using the terminal board.
So, if the WES-EASY base unit is associated with a photocell, the photocell input on the terminal board should not be used,
the same also applies for safety edges.
Depending on the type of safety device being monitored, the EASY control unit should be configured in a defined manner.
Refer to the following table to set the EASY control unit correctly.
