Cleaning the grease filter

Under normal condtions of use, the grease filter must be cleaned at least
once monthly or whenever

and the current power level flashes alternating-

ly in the digital display. With optimal care, the service life of the grease filter
is unlimited.

A

Clean the grease filter in the dishwasher.

A

Select the dishwasher program «Intensive» – or «Heavy» – with warm
pre-rinsing.

If a dishwasher is not available:

A

Clean the grease filter in a rinsing bath.

A

Soak the filter approx. 2 hours in a hot rinsing bath and then clean with a
scouring brush.

Grease filters can become discoloured due to cleaning. This in no way
impairs their filtering effectiveness.
