9 Trouble-shooting

▸ Remove the water tank and then slot
straight back into position.

draw water from the
fixed water connec-
tion.
▸ Check that the water inlet is open and
water is available.
▸ If the water inlet is open, acknow-
ledge the message by selecting .
If the water inlet is open, yet the display
does not remain in the acknowledged
state:

«Appliance is
rinsing»
▪
The water system is
automatically rinsed
about every 2 weeks.
No action needed.

▪
The appliance cannot
pump the water off
the bottom of the
cooking space due to
a pump malfunction
or blockage.
▸ Note down the serial number (SN)
(see page 59) and contact Cus-
tomer Services.
▸ Turn off the stopcock to the water
supply.

The appliance keeps
trying to pump off wa-
ter from the bottom of
the cooking space
even though there is
none there. This is
caused by a faulty
level measurement.
▸ Start
at 100 °C for 10 minutes
and allow the automatic steam reduc-
tion and rinse cycles to run com-
pletely.
▸ The appliance can then be operated
again as usual.

not emptied due to a
power failure during
operation.
▸ About 2 minutes after the display has
illuminated, acknowledge this by
