Selecting and starting soft roasting
The soft roasting table in the 'Tips on settings' section gives the ideal food probe tem-
perature for different kinds and cuts of meat.

3½ hours.

Change the recommended food probe temperature by turning the
adjusting
knob.
A
Press the
button to change the recommended cooking time.

Turn the
adjusting knob to set a new cooking time.

Press the
adjusting knob to confirm.
– The soft roasting mode starts.
– The

and
symbols illuminate.
– The remaining operating time appears in the right-hand display.
– The food probe temperature appears in the temperature display.
The food probe temperature can be adjusted between 50 °C and 90 °C.
It is possible to change the operating time by between 2½ to 4½ hours.

appears in the left-hand display, plug in the food probe.
