Mode of Operation
By-pass motor:
A by-pass motor has its own cooling fan which takes in cooling air
independently of the working air/vacuumed air. The vacuumed air is
guided out through the motor top. In this way, the motor is cooled, even if
the working air flow is blocked.
When the suction motor is activated, air will be sucked through the
machine, collecting dust particles near the nozzle.
The dust particles will be sucked through the hose into the collection
container, where the majority of the particles will be held back in the
collection bag and/or the multi-tube filter.
The air flow and the remaining particles which have not fallen to the
bottom of the collection container, or have been held back by the
collection bag or multi-tube filter, will continue to the HEPA filter. From the
HEPA filter the rinsed air is transported through the lower part of the
turbine housing and guided out of the vacuum cleaner.
IMPORTANT! As the motor takes in cooling air through the top, you must never cover up
the top.
IMPORTANT! The suction side is cooled by the vacuumed air. Therefore, never use the
vacuum cleaner with removed filters or with constant maximum vacuum – respect the
alarm!
IMPORTANT! Never collect warm or glowing materials.
IMPORTANT! Never extract from processes producing sparks.
