WORKPLACE AND PERSONAL SAFETY
• Mobile units with casters should only be used for intended
purpose; it is intended for secondary cleaning only, primary
cleaning to remove foreign materials (e.g.,dust, soil) and
organic materials (e.g., blood, secretions, excretions) must
be done first.
• This product is for indoor use only to decontaminate an area
using UVC light.
• Do not use device if it is damaged this may cause injuries
contact UVC Cleaning Systems for repair.
• Unprotected exposure to UVC light can cause injuries that
may include but are not limited to damage to eyes and skin.
Always ensure that the intended treatment space is NOT
occupied by any person or animals for any reason. Keep
bystanders, children, visitors and pets away from the device
and out of room while operating equipment.
• Do not use equipment while tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol, or medication.
• Operate in an enclosed, non-occupied area only. Windows
and doors must be closed during equipment operation.
• Post warning signs in a conspicuous place where everyone
can see them to prevent a person from entering the area
when operating the equipment

room. This ensures that no people will enter the room while
the UVC treatment is in progress.
• Store UVC Cleaning System devices out of the reach of
children and other untrained personal when not in use.
• UVC Cleaning Systems equipment should never be
disassembled, opened or altered by the user. This could
create a safety issue and will void the warranty and violate
the lease agreement with UVC Cleaning Systems.
• Use light blocking material on visible gaps greater than 1/2
inch in the door seal or at the bottom of the door. No visible
light should escape the desired treatment area. Gaps in the
door seal could cause a risk of damage to eyes and skin.
• When transporting, push or pull UVC Cleaning System
devices using only the handles located on the outside of
the
cage.

should never be left unattended on an
incline.
• UVC Cleaning System devices are heavy and weigh
approximately 4

lbs. They will require adequate strength to
maintain control of the equipment during transportation.
• Never operate more than two Safezone 850M

Cleaning System devices on a single 15AMP circuit. The

dedicated 15 amp circuit to operate dual units. A single
Ssafezone 850M
ax
UVC Cleaning System device requires a
7.5 amp circuit or greater to operate.
• It is not recommended to operate UVC Cleaning System

devices using an extension cord.
• If lamps are broken or damaged, follow clean up procedures
found in this document and call UVC Cleaning Systems
immediately.
• Do not remove safety labels, they are there for your
protection.
• Always inspect power cord before use, if power cord is
damaged, do not operate, call UVC Cleaning Systems
immediately.
• Do not touch lamps or metal cage after operation. Lamps
will
be hot!
