1. General
Our 10/100M fiber optical Media Converter is used in data communication between
100Base-TX twisted pair and 100Base-FX optical cable or 10Base-T twisted pair and
10Base-FL optical cable. This product is most applicable for use as connector for
intelligent community or Fiber to The Desk. It is automatically adaptable to transmission
rate up to 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps, and convenient for upgrade by users. The product
extends the ultimate network transmission distance from 100 m to more than 100 km,
making it easily to realize interconnection among mainboard servers, repeaters,
concentrators, and terminals.
2. Functions and Features
2.1 The high-quality photoelectrical module provides favorable light characteristics and
electrical characteristics to ensure reliable data transmission and longer service
life;
2. 2 Support FDX and HDX modes plus automatic coordination function;
2.3 Self-adaptable to 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps without manual adjustment;
2.4 The electrical port supports full automatic cross identification without manual on/off
operation;
2.5 The internal store-and-forward mechanism is available for cache of 1 MB and it
supports multiple protocols;
2.6 Support maximum transmission data packet size up to 1600 bytes;
2.7 In compliance with carrier-grade operation standard, with over 50000 hours MTBF;
